FAQ

Wellness Journal FAQ

A wellness journal helps people notice patterns in sleep, food, mood, movement, attention, and daily routine. It is useful for self-organization and reflection, but it is not a diagnostic tool or a replacement for professional medical advice.

What should I track first?

Start with sleep time, water intake, movement, meals, stress level, and one daily priority. Keep the system small enough that you can repeat it for at least two weeks.

Should a wellness journal include supplements?

It can include what you take and when, but supplement decisions should be made carefully. If you use prescription medication, have a diagnosis, or have a medical condition, discuss ingredients with a qualified professional.

How long before patterns become useful?

Many people need 7 to 14 days before patterns become visible. The goal is not perfection. The goal is to notice what repeatedly helps or disrupts the day.

Can journaling improve memory?

Journaling can support organization by reducing what you have to hold in your head. It should not be framed as a cure or treatment for memory disorders.

Where does the product page fit?

Visitors who want the product experience can review it separately at the product page. The educational pages remain separate from medical advice and diagnosis.
